How To Design a Survey

Create new survey If you already have an idea for your survey just create a new personalized survey from scratch, Click here. From Scratch Step 1 : After Login Go to My Surveys on the left menu Step 2 : Create a new a Survey by clicking the button "Create New Survey" or "New Survey" on the left menu Step 3 : Select create from scratch Step 4 : Enter the survey name and properties ( close by date or by count and the URL you want the user to visit after answering your survey) and click save Step 5 : Create a new page from the button "Create New Page" or "New page " on the left menu Step 6 : Enter the page name and properties and click save Note :Skip logic is better to be forward only so you can add the page then Edit the properties of the page to add skip logic Step 7 : Create a new Question from the button "Create New Question" or "New question" on the left menu Step 8 : Choose the type of Question Single Choice Design the Question properties (type . text , format . alginment , also if you want it to be mandatory or not , having choice "other" in choices or just a comment field or both) Enter the choices you want for this question You can edit the question properties or add new question Matrix Single Choice Design the Question properties ( type . text ,. alginment ,also if you want it to be mandatory or not ) Enter the rows and columns also weight each column ordered by the column's importance for you Open Ended Number Design the Question properties ( text, align, also if you want it to be mandatory or not , add measure unit for the number)  Then return to "all questions" from the left menu and you can copy , move, preview , change their order, design or delete:
