Types of Criteria
    Tow types of criteria
  • System Criteria : Criteria predefined in the system e.g: (respondants in specific collector) or(who completed the survey).. Click here.
  • Custom Criteria : Criteria build by the customer using conditions on the questions itself e.g:(respondants who choosed married for the question of marital status) Click here.
System Criteria

When you choosed to add System Criteria : all system conditions will appear



-You can choose to have condition on the date of response on,after,before.. a specific date                                                                        
-You can choose to have condition on the location of the respondant to be equal or not equal the selected one                                           
  -You can choose to have condition on the collector of the respondant to be equal or not equal the selected one                                           
  -You can choose to have condition on the Response IP (which is shown in the individual Report ) to be equal or not equal the entered one
 -You can choose to have Condition on Respondant type (anonymous or from your address book)                                                               
-You can choose to have condition on the Response status whether it is completed or not completed                                                         
Note : If you left one of them empty this means you don't want it tobe in concideration while filtering

Then click save , the criteria will be saved to your filter , showing you its text to make sure of it



Custom Criteria

When you choosed to add Custom Criteria : you will select the question you want to make your condition on



Then select the Answer if it is choice question as shown in the example : I wnat those who choosed that they use the cell phone most "in the car"




Then click save

The datasegment you build is now save , if you don't want to add more click finish ,if you want to add more than one you have to choose the type of relation between your datasegments
There are 4 types of relations , AND only , OR only , Combination of AND and OR , Write your own Criteria



" AND ONLY " and "OR ONLY" are of the same idea just choose it and add your datasegments



" Combination of AND and OR " you have to choose from the drop down AND or OR before adding your datasegment



if you choosed to " Write your own Criteria " , a textbox will appear to write the criteria you want



Then add all your datasegments and write the criteria in the format shown and click save to make sure it is "saved"



Then click finish , and it will be added to your filter criterias as shown
